We really loved the apartment! As a matter of fact, it was a big highlight of our trip. When we show our photos, they say, "Wow, what a nice apartment!" Everything worked and smelled and looked so nice. Thank you for making it our petit chateau for the week.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for everything. We had an amazing week. I was the only one who had been to Paris before, and that was 12 years ago as a teenager. We saw and did so much and loved having your apartment to come home to every night. It's in a great location, and is beautifully decorated. Thanks for all your help -- we'll be back!

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment in March -- enjoyed going out for fresh bread each morning and cooking breakfast in the apartment. Perfect location. Enjoyed dinner at Le Bookiniste. We highly recommend it for amenities and location. Pauline and Brigitte were extremely gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed the welcoming wine and chocolates.

Your apartment is AMAZING! Superb location. Every amenity to make our stay extremely comfortable. Lovely attention to detail to make vacationers feel at home. A very welcome surprise was how unbelievably comfortable the beds were! So easy to get everywhere and being right on the airport metro line is a nice plus as well. We adored the neighborhood and spent a very fun time exploring all the great restaurants right near by. And we have one to add that was just fantastic: Le Petit Prince, right near the Pantheon. There is no question that when we return to Paris we will stay in your apartment. And we will give your rental information to anyone we know traveling there as well.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Paris last week and much of it is due to your lovely apartment. Everything was up to our hopes and the location was quite comfortable for neighborhood ambience and convenience for daily excursions. I don't know what changes you have made in recent updates, but the interior was very well designed, attractive in appearance and enjoyable to come home to after a day's adventure. Again, we had a memorable trip and thank you for the use of your accommodations. We have used hotels in the past but now realize your apartment is a much better choice for future vacations. We would certainly recommend it to other travelers and in fact have already shared the apt. information with some friends planning a trip next year.

Little did we know when we booked our trip many months ago how much we would need a place to gather ourselves. Your beautiful Paris home has made us feel so comfortable and comforted. It was especially wonderful to discover “Dances with Light” fabric on our back pillows. We have discovered why this is truly the MOST beautiful city in the world and we are forever grateful for your gracious offering of your very special place here in Paris.

Thanks very much for sharing your lovely apartment with our family; it was our first “big” trip together and your apartment contributed to its success! We loved having a space to relax before and after our excursions. We noticed how much thought went into making the apartment so comfortable. From having basic supplies on hand, to the Welcome Book, warm showers, efficient appliances, etc.! And the location was both convenient yet quiet. We love feeling a part of the neighborhood. Brigitte, too, was fantastic! She met us promptly, and let us know exactly what we needed to know.

We had a wonderful time in Paris, and enjoyed every minute staying in this apartment. Thank you for providing that good location and all the other amenities. Staying in your beautiful apartment is far superior to any hotel. We will certainly recommend it to all of our friends. We hope to return here on our next visit to beautiful Paris.

This apartment made my first trip to Paris absolutely perfect. It is in the prettiest part of Paris, the Luxembourg Gardens. One can walk to all the tourist spots in Paris, however the Metro and Bus access is very convenient to this apartment. The apartment has all the modern conveniences, beautifully decorated, yet gives you the old world Paris feeling as you sip wine on the balcony, walk next door to the pastry shop for a crossant & cafe creme or poke in the myriad of shops within the neighborhood. There is a detailed instruction booklet for every possible situation which helped to make the stay simple, easy, fun and informative. Having the toilet in a separate room from the tub & shower rooms is genius -- for women we always need as much sink and mirror space as we can find. There are available restaurants and a Jazz club close by. The rooms are spacious, the apartment comes with elevator access, a washer/dryer, computer use, and a wonderful kitchen to use for simple snacks or a full dinner party. I highly recommend this apartment for luxurious yet comfortable lodging when in Paris.

My wife and baby daughter spent a wonderful week in this very convenient and quiet apartment. We found the apartment to be of a very high standard, and the size of the place was perfectly appropriate for us. We found the location very convienent as there were a number of bakeries, cheese stores, wine stores and supermarkets, perfect for cooking meals in the aparment. Also the location was very good as within walking distance of St Germain and close to alot of good bus routes and the RER/Metro. High speed wireless internet access, flat screen cable TV , and DVD were great. We would definitely come back again.

My wife, her two sisters, and I (all seniors) spent 8 wonderful nights in the apartment. It had every thing we needed and was very comfortable. Used the bus service more than the metro. A fun and economical option for Paris accommodations. Ruth & Neil Libby

We stayed in Christine's lovely apartment for ten days in mid-May. We were joined by friends who stayed with us for a week. Our experience reflects the comments of other guests---the apartment is exactly as pictured and described. We especially enjoyed the perfectly equipped kitchen, actually "staying home" for dinner more than we had originally intended. The apartment suited us perfectly. We highly recommend it.

We loved the apartment. It is really intelligently designed to get optimal use and comfort from the space. The decorating is very tasteful and the quality of furnishings is wonderful. We really enjoyed the location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed being able to get scrumptious prepared foods so conveniently for the times when we didn't feel like going out. We loved the delicious pastries for breakfast from the nearby bakeries. The location is wonderful and quiet. We had a terrific time.

My two teenage children and I spent a wonderful New Year week in this very convenient and quiet accomodation. The furniture and interior are superbe; the size of the place was perfectly appropriate for us;we had all we needed not only to enjoy Paris, but potentially have lunch or dinner at home. Christine and her designer did a wonderful job in providing high quality services, including cutting edge technology . My son was very happy using the high speed wireless internet access. My daughter enjoyed the flat screen cable TV , DVD's and hifi quality sound. Public transportation as well as parks (Luxembourg), charming restaurants and cafes with terrasses are all extremely close. It was an easy, relaxing and pleasant experience of living "Downtown Paris" . We will definitely come back!

We rented Jardin Du Luxembourg apartment for a week in January. Totally enjoyed the location, felt that we were part of the neighborhood. The neighborhood had a "village" feel to it. We loved the proximity of rue Mouffetard to shop for wine, cheese the latter part of the day. The fact that there was a patisserie downstairs that had wonderful croissants each morning was heavenly. Would definantly rent the apartment again.

We were priviledged to be the first occupants in this newly renovated apt. It's probably the nicest furnished apt we've stayed at in Paris and we've spent from 1-4 months yearly in Paris over the last 5 years! Usually we accept that something will be lacking; beds too soft or hard, kitchen utensils missing, etc. but in Christine's apt we couldn't think of anything lacking. Lots of fluffy towels, comfortable roomy beds, lots of light, every cooking appliance and utensil imaginable. The location is quiet but a 10 minute walk gets you to the heart of both 5th and 6th arrondissements. Thanks Christine for a perfect home base.

My husband and I shared the apartment with our 23 year old son and his girlfriend. It was perfect. We wanted a location where the kids could go out and meet young people yet not crowded and noisy. The apartment is bright and sunny (even in November) and the shopkeepers where I bought our daily breakfast and evening wine/munchies could not have been nicer (market Marie just down the block is a good all purpose place for staples). We have stayed in other apartments in Paris and found this to be far superior. The internet access and phone service to the US is a real plus as were the two bathrooms. The orientation "book" helped us find clubs and restaurants in the neighborhood which were welcome after a long day of sightseeing. Mme Brigitte gave us a thorough overview of the place as well.

The pictures on this website have not been retouched! The atmosphere in the apartment is as lovely and comfortable as it's depicted. The mattresses and linens are divine and the peaceful surroundings will ensure a restful night's sleep or an afternoon nap...With all that there is to see in Paris, you'll probably not be spending much time indoors, however, when you do, the comforts are like sweet home. Thank you, Christine.

Jane Steel, San Carlos, California
Christine, your apartment was the perfect place for our vacation visit with my husband and my parents. All of the other reviews are accurate- spot on! We enjoyed getting to know your neighborhood and took walks in the Luxembourg gardens each day. I hope to return again and again. With huge appreciation, Jane and family

Loved this apartment -- you can believe all the previous comments. Great location, lovely view. Was able to walk or take the metro every day. Loved wandering the twisty streets in the neighborhood, stopping at the shops & markets to pick up tidbits for dinner. The apartment had everything we needed, was happy to have instructions for the appliances (who knew starting a dishwasher could be an adventure), borrowed the maps to find our way around the city. Can't wait to stay here again.

This is a great rental property. First, the location is fantastic as it is only about a block from the Jardin du Luxembourg (a great place to jog, walk, or sit and relax), and a block from an RER stop that connects to the major Metro stops and runs straight to and from CDG airport). The neighborhood is very unpretentious, safe, and comfortable, being located near a school for the deaf and the universities. Boulangeries are located within a few hundred feet in either direction for the morning croissant and bread run, catered Italian meals can be purchased on the ground floor, and a grocery store is within about a 5 minute walk. You get a much better feel for Paris than you will in a hotel. The apartment itself is comfortable for four people and is well-equipped to be able to eat in, sit on the balcony, or just relax. It is in an upper floor, so the street sounds are muted and the building is pretty quiet. WiFi allows you to connect to the internet with your own computer. The French washer/dryer combination will baffle and entertain you if you choose to clean your clothes :). This apartment is also priced very well and the owner is great with communications. Overall, a great option to consider if planning a trip to Paris.

We are a family of four with two children ages three and under. We spent a wonderful short week. May I just "ditto" all the above praises?! It is very well equipped while remaining simple and to the point. Everything we needed was there. I found the lighting to be a great little luxury and want to do the same in my place! Thanks.

We just returned from a 2 week stay at this wonderful apartment in Paris. It is everything as advertised and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, comfortable, well appointed 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in the Latin Quarter. The street is quiet and picturesque, the deli downstairs has such good food that 4 nights we picked up dinner from them and ate in the apartment. The small balcony is great and is one of my favorite things about the apartment and the beds are both very comfortable as is the couch and small dining table. It is so close to Luxembourg Gardens where I spend time daily. I will rent this apartment again and would give it high praise.

Margaret Johnson , La Mesa, California
We are happy to recommend this well located and beautifully organized apartment. The neighborhood ambience was delightful and the owner and her Paris staff were helpful and business like. We have only praise for all aspects of the rental. We would very much like to return to this Latin Quarter gem.

Jane Isaacson , Granada, Spain
We found the apartment perfect for our needs (a family of four with two teenagers). It is beautifully and tastefully equipped and extremely convenient for all the main tourist attractions whilst still retaining the charm of belonging to an authentic Parisian "quartier". The Mouffetard market is just around the corner as are the Luxenbourg Gardens and numerous restaurants (not all of them in the tourist guides). There are also numerous handy shops and delicatessens in the same street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment! We loved it!
